great shots!
Hi Grant, super shots from yesterday crosscycle. I enjoyed watching. Great effort of our friends who participated. I think they all did well! Gutsy performances. Cheers, Michael

Cyclocross Pix
Grant! Just the greatest pix ever! The faces say it all. The pain . . . oh the pain! And not to forget the fun. I'll bet each photo ends up as a treasured memory in family albums. Just great. Thanks.

Who says pictures never lie! I felt MUCH worse then I looked!
Frickin Pain Pauly! Bloody hell, all I can say is I'm glad I wasn't wearing a heart rate monitor. You would have heard it beeping as I went past my max for the whole 30 minutes. Bruce Grey nearly broke me when he said "5 to go" for a horrible second I thought he meant 5 laps! And the sad part is Bruce's video shows exactly how slow I was going (I can't believe the quality of the video from his phone)
Fless likened it to a time trial but it was more like a time trial up a 10% hill. (Gee Fless, time trial........ and your the only bloke I've ever beaten in a cyclocross race )
Great photos GD I think that sort of a race would have suited you or someone like Joe with his power or Michael with his hill climbing ability and agility on the bike.
Watching Bruce G's video you can see how easy it is to lose swags of time in the dismount and remount stages and wasn't it great to see Roby belting around. Would have been good to see him before we raced so you could see how you are supposed to do it!
Never again...... well........ maybe one more go......

Rules
Steve, Steve, Steve, Remember rule one mate. "It's only funny when I take the p#ss out of some body else! Not when somebody else takes the p#ss out of me! Can't understand why so many people have trouble with that one.
