Weekend Rides - 7th March 2014

Please find the following rides for this weekend.

FRIDAY 7th MARCH
• 6:30am from the Nundah CRIT – nudge beach and back for coffee – slower ride – recovery

SATURDAY 8th MARCH
• Racing at Lakeside – meet at the Nundah Cannon 5:30am
• 6am from Nundah Cannon (Cnr Bage St and Buckland Rd, Memorial Park) to Scarborough – slower ride for everyone to enjoy together – 25 to 28kmph

SUNDAY 9th MARCH
• 6am from Nundah Cannon – going to Mt Nebo loop, via Waterworks Road, Nebo, down to Samford, back through Keperra, approx 80kms – this will suit all riders who like to do some climbing, so please be encouraged (its not a race and we wait if necessary, no problem).
• 6am from Nundah Cannon – alternative ride to Scarborough
