Not Guilty of Cyclist death on Moggill Road

Everyone might remember this incident last year. It is a serious setback for cyclists' rights on the road. My sympathies are with the family of the deceased.

Be careful out there gents. The jury which represents the overwhleming majority of society's view, has made it clear motorists have even less responsibility than before to avoid hitting and injuring or killing you.

It just blows me away.. If it was a car and an insurance company was involved from the cyclist side. That guy would have been screwed for sure!..

GD, bltch of a thing to happen. agree with the comments about fixation, and just plain inexperience freezing the biker.
Could have so easily been a lot worse.
