couldn't take your calls tonight Phil. Was in a health seminar. Just got home half an hour ago after a big day in clinic.
So I'll be very tour cycle oriented tomorrow, no weekend warrior stuff methinks.

it was a great day. Like you said good company, great scenery (I'm glad we took that Cudgen/Farrants Rds option), something different to the early part of the ride. Tomewin, well, it was just Tomewin, never fails to disappoint no matter what the weather or your mood is!!

My legs certainly feel like something happened today!!

yeah thanks for taking them GD. hmmm...if I look big around the nicks, it's cos I'm wearing two pairs cos of blisters from messing with aero positions. and no one make fun of the holes in the back of BruceE's shirt. he put them there on purpose so he could tie his pump to it with a piece of string. Shocked

+1 on a great day out in good company. Hard work by GD and the Brucex2s. No wonder the adductor cramps were setting in by end of ride. good pics GD. thanks all for stopping in Mbah so I could get a new cassette. Would have been frustrating day otherwise.
