Anyone not doing the Elimbah road race and thinking of riding in the morning?

Yes. 6am at the usual.
GD and I (so far), are doing Wednesdays ride again (because it wasn't hard enough the first time!).
If anyone would like to join us, feel free. There'll be a mandatory coffee stop at Glorious café on the way through.

Mine's gone away for the weekend, so the 'dance of the flaming assholes' appeals more to me!!

Yeah, fantastic ride, and well done again on scaling both sides of Glorious without the need for thongs. (Just quietly, I don't want to see them on a ride again, ok.)  

Legs are a bit 'toast' right now, but I'm on my 4th beer, so they'll start to feel good again real soon!! Shit, this CX race is gonna be interesting tomorrow!!

Forgot to add... spare a thought for GD, his missus is draggin' him around the f*kn Ekka atm! That's gotta be good recovery, right?  

you're supposed to stop going to the ekka when 18. or at least until you have sprogs!

yeah, Glorious is now officially a no thongs zone! who would have thunk it. Now considering I was the last up Mt Coot-tha last weekend, that means all AC riders are stronger climbers than me....so the only reason for any of them not to do Glorious F&B is they're listening to baseless girly gossip....and just need to think for themselves and take a little dose of HTFU!  

Yeah, hear what you're saying. I've been in Brisbane for 26 years now (f*ck, you don't get that long for murder), and I've managed to get away with going to the 'ekka' only the once. That was probably one too many anyway!

Anyone got any news on what happened at the RR at Elimbah today?
