Thanks for the tow Rob. Had to hide out of the wind, but enjoyed the run.

Averaged 27.7, so your 26-28 was on the money!

Hey Pom, saw you outside Chica Chino yesterday with et al.
Have been curious about your experience with Farsports.
They sent me a replacement wheelset. I asked for the alloy brake rim 50mm carbons.
They lasted about 300k before the brake rims deformed.
They then offered to replace them, but I told them I had no confidence in their QC and wanted nothing more to do with them.
Ashley from HGR had similar experience.

How'd you go?
Are you still working in PNG? Heard gold producers were caned a few months ago.

Had a further issue with deformation of the front wheel braking surface. Sent me a new rim under warranty (that I had HGR fit), but that's 3 issues with the one set of wheels. Low and behold, developed a noise in the rear wheel on Sunday, and it sounds like a freewheel bearing.

Not been back out on the bike since, but will need to confirm. Agree, lacking confidence in the product overall.

Still in PNG. We had quite a few redundancies, and still very 'cost focused'.
