THURSDAY

0430-0500pm - Last training ride at the track for the year

FRIDAY

0630am - recovery ride to Nudgee Beach

SATURDAY

0600am - Scarborough ride (60km) at easy pace 25-28k/hr with Michael

SUNDAY

0600am - Xmas ride with HPRW group meeting at the canon. Route - Gympie Rd,Bald Hills, Petrie (regroup at the water tower), Redcliffe waterfront (regroup Ted Smout Bridge), Sandgate foreshore, Deagon, Sandgate Road. Coffee at Nundah (around 9am)
Road and Bage Street Nundah.
