Weekend rides Dec 1 - 2

Hi group,

Here are the suggested rides for the coming weekend.

SATURDAY

0645am - Racing at Nundah (grades A and C1)

SUNDAY

0600am - Ride to Scarborough and return (approx 60km)

MONDAY

0500pm - Recovery at the Nundah track with juniors

NOTE - Ascot Catering Christmas Ride

Ascot riders are asked to mark-off Sunday 23rd December for a special 'team colours' Christmas training/social ride around the Redcliffe Loop (approx 80km).

All riders are asked to wear full Ascot kit if possible.

Details:

1. 6.00am - 6.10am - Start point - Meet at the cannon in Nundah Memorial Park - Buckland Road

2. 6.30am - regroup and pick up extra riders at Zupps Aspley

3. Regroup at the Water Tower at Petrie

4. Regroup at the top of Mango Hill

5. Regroup/toilet stop at Morgans Seafood, Scarborough

6. Regroup at start of Ted Smout Bridge

7. Regroup/toilet stop at the church at the end of Flinders Pde, Sandgate.

8. 9.00am (approx) - Coffee at Nundah.


Note: All Sunday rides now leave from the old German Cannon at the Memorial Park, cnr of Buckland Road and Bage Street Nundah

Anybody that wants to do a bit more in the morning I will be leaving the cannon at roughly 5am

Nundah Cannon --> Rode rd --> Bunya rd --> Eatons crossing rd --> South Pine rd --> Telegraph rd --> Sandgate
Hopefully join up with the 6 o'clock guys at sandgate.

I would like to join you. Are you planning to start at 0500? You were talking about a 5:30AM start this morning after the race.

yea I was thinking of a 5am start just so that then we could meet up with the rest of the guys at sandgate. But im happy to go at 5:30 if you wish
