Hi everyone,

Here are the rides.

SATURDAY

0645am - racing at Nundah

0100pm - I'll be taking a new rider on an introductory riverloop ride leaving from my place (cnr Rode Rd and Bayview Tce, Wavell Hts, actual address 7 Bayview)
If interested tag along and remember the sunscreeen, plenty of water and be aware that there will be more traffic on the road!
Hopefully a coffee stop at the garage, South Bank. We will be riding at about 24-26km/hr pace.

SUNDAY

0600am

ride 1 - Scarborough ride (approx 60km)
ride 2 - Cycological ride (approx 65km)

Note:

1. All Sunday rides now leaving from the old German Cannon at the Memorial Park, cnr of Buckland Road and Bage Street Nundah

Some good points and ideas there Bruce. I tried to muster some support last night but didn't really get an outcome.
I think I'll wait to see what the legs are like in the warm up tomorrow before committing to a plan, they are pretty trashed after last nights 'smash fest'!! Speaking personally, thats another reason for me to do those harder sprint/effort sessions earlier in the week rather than a Thursday where you only get 36hrs to recover and go again for a Saturday morning race.

Heard you struggling to be comprehended on Thu arvo Phil.

And I am not suggesting committing to a plan....rather, get the strategies on the page as a reservoir of opportunistic choices.
But I must be barking up the wrong tree. Smile
