FRIDAY

0630am - recovery ride to Nudgee Beach

SATURDAY

0530am - meet at the cannon for a ride in to Lakeside for racing 0645am

0600am - Scarborough ride (60km) at a slower pace.

SUNDAY

0600am - Ascot Catering will be putting on a Breakfast BBQ in Nundah Memorial Park (cnr Bage Street & Buckland Road) at the Rotunda from 8:30am Sunday 1st December, after our group ride. We will be riding from 6am at the Cannon and will go to Scarborough and back, slower pace for a change, so we will have time to socialize. All riders at all levels are welcome, and we will look after you.

No need to ride, just come along for breakfast!

All riders are welcome from HPRW, Coyote Team, Mia Rouge etc.
Coffee can be purchased at the Nundah cafes (ie Chica Cino)
