Rides for this weekend (starting Friday morning)…

FRIDAY
6:30am from the Nundah Crit Track for a recovery ride to Nudgee and back for coffee at Nundah average speed under 30kph

SATURDAY
1. Racing at Lakeside – leaving Nundah Cannon at 5:30am to ride out to the race. Racing starts at 6:45am
2. 6AM meet at the Nundah Cannon for Scarborough ride, slower ride average around 28kph to encourage upcoming cyclists also good for those who don’t race – so look out for each other

SUNDAY
6am – regular Scarborough ride or other ride options ie hill ride etc.
