The results are up for the ITT.
I've converted them to a spreadsheet so you can re-sort the order for any column.

Congrats to
Andrew MacFarlane for getting 1st in the Elite group, and 4th overall.
Paul Willet for 3rd in M4 and 11th overall.
Peter Oddsson 5th in M2 and 17th overall.
Paul Dahl 2nd in M8. It was ONLY 18 seconds though Paul!!!
Scott Smith got a very respectable 1.00.39
Kim Flesser 1.04.03, which isn't bad for a guy who trains about 1 hour a week!
I did 1.02.10 which i was happy with considering no aerobars, 5 hours of sleep, and putting on 5kg this winter.
Unfortunately, I saw some really dangerous driving and my view that this is the wrong place to hold ITTs was well and truly confirmed.
I hadn't considered riding until a few days ago, but doubt I'll do this course again. THere's just too much bad attitude from local drivers.

Re: 28/7/12 HPRW Closeburn ITT
thanks for that Bruce. Am quite happy with my time, wish I could of broken the 53 minute barrier though!
And Andrew had a great time. If he had all the kit (helmet, bike etc) I'm sure he could of broken the 50 min barrier.
Totally agree with you on the suitability of the course. If only we had timing chips we could do this at Nundah, or even Elimbah would be better

Re: 28/7/12 HPRW Closeburn ITT
Just checked the women's ITT results.
Congrats to Lynn and Jenni who both do Ascot Catering weekend rides, and have been seen at crit training in recent months.
Lynn won D grade ITT, and now looks a cert for first place in the 2012 Women's Series.
Jenni also performed very strongly, 4th out of 9 in D grade; and is second in the Women's Series.
UNfortunately, Jenni says she can't make next race.
